Today marks the first day of spring, a season of new beginnings and growth—and with that, we have some bittersweet news to share.

After 9 incredible years, Gingerbugs will be closing its doors in June 2025.

Since our lease will be up in June and after the challenges we faced following the 2022 flood (and the legal battle that followed holding them accountable) we have made the decision to part ways with our landlords and close this chapter and embrace what’s next.

This decision has been filled with tears, emotions, and difficult conversations, including the possibility of moving to a new location. But in the end, we believe this is the right choice.

Spring reminds us that while change can be hard, it also brings new opportunities to bloom. And though this chapter is ending, the memories we’ve built together will last forever.
From the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU for being part of this journey. From the very beginning, Gingerbugs has been about community. We have loved every single moment with you—celebrating your family’s milestones, watching your little ones grow, and even being there during the tough parenting moments. We’ve been right there with you for all of life’s ups and downs, and we hope you’ll be with us as we close this chapter together.
There’s still time to make more memories, so please come in and soak up these last months with us! We know you’ll have lots of questions, and we promise to address everything regarding parties, memberships, etc.

We of course are not leaving quietly—we plan to go out with a BANG and will be hosting a HUGE celebration in June (details coming soon)! 🎉
