*We ask that you keep your membership for a minimum of 2 months. *Memberships are for kiddos/siblings living in the same household.  

*This is a recurring monthly membership plan charged every month to your card on file.  If you would like to add or deduct a child from your plan, a new agreement will need to be done and the 2 month minimum will restart.  
*You are free to cancel anytime after that.  Please give us 7 days notice in writing by completing the cancellation form below.
